How We Clean Up BI: Experience in Implementing the Report Review Process

Faced with BI chaos due to the uncontrolled growth of self-service reporting, we have implemented a mandatory review process based on Data Governance, UX/UI, and technical architecture standards. This allowed us to move from chaos to a managed system, improve the quality and productivity of BI solutions, reduce technical debt and restore business confidence in data.
