Implementation of the Digital Ruble in T-Bank

I will show how, in the conditions of strict regulatory requirements, high security requirements and tight deadlines, the T-Bank team managed to successfully implement support for the digital ruble. To do this, we applied flexible and non-standard approaches to architecture, development and resource management, and also ensured reliable encryption and integration with key systems.
