Dmitry Roudakov

Since 2019, I have been the project manager of the Omsk IT company Effective. The area of responsibility is the collection and formalization of requirements, the compilation of tasks for developers, interface design, project management (web and mobile applications).

In 2016, I became a co-author of a startup about after-school clubs and sections (posleurokov.ru). In the same year, the site was awarded first place at the Prof-IT regional informatization project competition (Education nomination), and a year later it won the bronze medal at the Smart and Sustainable Cities Awards international competition (Cooperative City nomination).

From 2009 to 2019 — head of editors at the official portal of the city of Omsk (admomsk.ru). The area of responsibility was the publication and updates of all portal materials except news, setting tasks for third-party contractors to create new portal services and monitor their work, and preparing reports on informatization for the deputy mayor in charge of this area.

Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences. In 2003, I defended my dissertation "Development of aesthetic education of students by means of design in the process of teaching computer science".
