Business analyst, head of the analysis group at NOTA (T1). Natalia was Lead business analyst and resource manager at EPAM Systems (St. Petersburg) until 2022. She is the inspirer of the Smart-Effect project and author of Smart-Speaker courses on preparing speakers for speaking at professional IT conferences.
